Norfolk is such a year round destination – and being the combined warmest and driest county in the UK – there is always something for visitors to enjoy. Here’s a taster of what’s going on in Norfolk in Spooktacular October.

There are many beautiful walks on the Roseland Peninsula in Cornwall. but these 3 are my favourite and are not particularly well known so you are almost guaranteed some peace and solitude.

If you think the only white cliffs in the country are to be found at Dover, think again. Yorkshire boasts a coastline to rival any in the UK, and the vertiginous chalk cliffs of Flamborough Head , sadly not immortalised in song by Dame Vera Lynn, are nevertheless a wonder to behold.  Add to this the numerous coves and bays tucked beneath these looming giants, the amazing colonies of gannets and puffins who make them their summer breeding grounds and the diverse sea-life  enriching the waters below and you have a ‘must-see’ destination among many belonging to the Yorkshire Coast.

The Cotswolds offers visitors and guests to our luxury cottages throughout the region the chance to explore some quintessentially English country villages, full of thatched cottages, village ponds and friendly, welcoming pubs and inns. It’s no surprise that this is the part of the country that inspired the Bard himself – so .
