Newly refurbished, decorated and equipped to a high standard offering a comfortable and well situated base from which to explore the Cotswolds and all its attractions. Numerous excellent pubs and restaurants are within a few minutes walk for convenient dining after a day out. Walks into the countryside are 5 minutes away on foot. Cheltenham, Stratford, Oxford and Bath are easily reached by car.
The accommodation consists of a conservatory, cloakroom with WC and wash-hand basin. Large kitchen/dining room, with double doors to a spacious sitting room with electric woodburner.
Staircase to first floor with one double and one twin bedroom. Separate good sized bathroom with WC, washbasin, bath and separate shower cubicle with power shower. Outside is a secluded, well stocked pretty courtyard with garden furniture.
The equipment includes gas fired central heating and hot water. Gas hob/electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, TV, DVD player, radio/CD player and two hairdryers.
Sorry no pets. No smoking in the cottage.
